As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide care for individuals with a range of mental health concerns. Mental health disorders that I pursue include, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and ADHD. It is sometimes difficult to find someone that you can connect with and be comfortable with. My goal is to provide quality and evidence based individualized care while creating trust, mutual respect and compassion, while ensuring a safe environment. this is achieved through minimal supportive psychotherapy, medication management and lifestyle adjustments.
