Hello! I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I practice in Maine and Connecticut. I earned my masters degree at Walden University. I enjoy working with adults and older adults that are experiencing challenges in their lives that they need support getting through, whether it's through talking or medications or both.
In our first session, we will start with a brief introduction, and then explore the specific reasons for your visit and the challenges that are bothering you the most. That way we can work on specific issues and develop a plan to work with in follow up sessions
Having had a lot of experience talking to people, I feel i bring a nonjudgmental, empathetic and positive view to approaching challenges that we all face in our lives at one time or another.
