I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over four years of behavioral health experience in acute crisis care. During my time as an RN, I gained exposure to a large variety of mental health disorders, involving the treatment of children, adolescences, adults, and geriatrics. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and abuse with a emphasis in sexual abuse.
While attending the University of Nebraska Medical Center, I served as the legislative liaison, focusing on the improvement of Nebraska's healthcare. I currently serve in various capacities as an advocate against abuse and violence. My passion is to restore dignity and eradicate the stigma surrounding those who have experienced trauma and abuse.
