Hello, my name is Jane Aridge. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over twenty years of mental health and medical experience working with children and adults. I have experience treating a variety of mental health disorders including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia. I utilize evidence-based practices when treating mental health disorders. I believe in working with clients and using a holistic approach when treating you or your loved one’s mental health disorders.
