I've been a nurse for over 20 years and a Nurse Practitioner since 2017, with a focus on integrative and trauma-informed mental health care. I am dual board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). In addition to my practice, I serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the PMHNP specialty at the University of Arizona College of Nursing. My holistic approach to care was further shaped by completing the Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
My practice is based on the belief that healing is always possible, even when a cure is not. I consider mental health from all angles, including biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors, to ensure comprehensive treatment. I specialize in the holistic treatment of a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature and making music. I play the cello and piano, and I'm currently learning the ukulele—it's much more portable than the other two. I’m honored to support my patients on their healing journeys, and I look forward to working with you.
