I work closely with Black women and children who are struggling with depression, ADHD, autism, PMDD, perimenopause, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the overwhelming feeling of carrying so much for everyone else. My goal is to provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care, shaped by both my education and personal experiences. I am dedicated to working with children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate challenges through a combination of psychotherapy as well as medication management that is individualized to you.
