I am a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping preteens, adolescents, and young adults who are grappling with the complexities of mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. My clients are overwhelmed by their emotions, struggling to manage daily responsibilities, relationships, and academic pressures. As a Psychiatric Provider, I conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to understand each client's unique experiences and symptoms. I work closely with my clients, parents and guardians to develop a tailored treatment plan that may include psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and medication management to help alleviate symptoms and improve overall functioning.
