Behavioral Medicine has been revolutionized by the introduction of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as a treatment for a wide range of conditions. I provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. KAP's experiential approach can also benefit issues of spirituality, life transitions and exploration of our inherent potential. I have trained with Dr. Phil Wolfson and Dr. Jennifer Dore in KAP through the Ketamine Training Center. I am proud to collaborate with the Ketamine Research Foundation. I urge you to look at their site: ketamineresearchfoundation.com. They provide information on various aspects of KAP.
I have been in practice for 30 years. I provide conventional approaches to the treatment of ADHD, Anxiety and Depression in addition to KAP. Both types of therapies can help. The off-label use of ketamine for psychotherapy differs from ketamine infusions in it's dedicated attention to psychological support of the client before, during, and after sessions.
I am happy to discuss my work, and especially KAP, with patients, therapists and physicians. I use: information; reliance on the brain/mind's own healing intelligence; and transformative experience to allow patients to embrace change. I practice conventional Behavioral Medicine for persons not interested in KAP. I provide free 15 minute consultations.
