I diagnose, treat, and provide ongoing medication management for psychiatric disorders in a private, caring, and non-judgemental environment. I will collaborate with you and others involved in your care, as needed, to provide efficient, safe, and effective care.
I want to help you live your best life and often incorporate non-medication approaches, including suggestions for improving sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness, as appropriate.
