I help adults facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, substance use concerns, and work-related stress feel more focused, stable, and in control of their daily lives. Treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, MAT for substance use, supportive strategies, and personalized plans tailored to how you think and function best. Sessions are available through telehealth, in-office appointments, and flexible asynchronous care. I also work closely with therapists, facilities, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive treatment for every client.

I help adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, substance use, and work-related stress regain clarity and stability through personalized psychiatric care. I offer evaluation, medication management, and MAT, with in-office, telehealth, and asynchronous visits. I also work closely with therapists and facilities for coordinated referrals.
