In life, we all experiences times of emotional pain. Sometimes, this leads to experiences of depression, anxiety, and other symptoms that may impact your relationships, work, and overall well-being.
I work collaboratively with each patient to help relieve unnecessary suffering. Medications can be an important component of treatment. I work with each patient to carefully consider the best options as part of a holistic treatment plan.

My areas of clinical expertise include treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder and trauma. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent (ASD) clients and childhood onset ADHD.
My therapy approach is based upon psychodynamic and experiential foundations. I provide a nurturing, but active therapeutic relationship to address core issues. Many find psychotherapy to be a worthwhile investment that fosters healing and growth, long after treatment has completed. I am happy to collaborate with your current therapist as well.
As a MD native, I have over 15-years of experience providing care to those in the local community. In addition to private practice, I have enjoyed working in community mental health, crisis clinics, and inpatient settings. I am a life long learner and enjoy learning together with all my patients!
