My goal is to figure out why your baseline is off before immediately jumping to heavy pharmaceuticals. If we can solve, or at least improve, the issue with basic supplements, targeted lab work, practical daily changes, or medication, that’s where we’ll start. Medication management is the foundation of my practice, and I incorporate supportive therapy into our medication visits. I do not provide stand-alone psychotherapy.

I prefer to rule things out, before adding things in. We'll look at your day-to-day life, but I do believe you have to go back to the beginning - to when things first started and how they led to where you are today. Somethings the smallest details end up making the biggest difference.

During our first session, I want to understand what brought you in, what made you decide now was the time to seek help, what’s worked in the past, what hasn’t, and what you’re hoping will be different six months from now.
