Welcome to my practice! I’m a board-certified psychiatrist offering weekly psychotherapy with (optional) psychiatric medication management. Navigating the mental health care system can be challenging, and I hope that offering a one-stop shop for both therapy and medications simplifies your care. I specialize in the treatment of adults with a broad range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, loss, family-of-origin issues, and LGBTQIA+ mental health.
My therapy practice might be best described as psychodynamic or psychoanalytic in nature (exploring the unconscious mind), but I draw upon a variety of evidence-based psychotherapies. We may build/strengthen coping skills; explore your personality, identity, and values in a nonjudgmental environment; or uncover aspects of yourself you’ve not yet discovered.
