I have worked in mental health for over 13 years now in various settings, positions and with different patient populations. I have been a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for 3 years now. I graduated Nursing School from the University of Utah and from the number 1 ranked PMHNP graduate program in the nation at Vanderbilt University. I am very passionate about mental health awareness, social justice and being an advocate in the community. I love working with neuro-divergent patients (Autism/ADHD), men's mental health, LGBTQ+, those in unconventional relationships, or those facing life transitions.

I use a strength based/trauma informed solution focused approach to helping patients in their mental health journey. My therapeutic modalities and medical decision making are evidence based and within my educational/continual training background and scope of practice as a licensed provider. My personality is direct, analytical, kind, and understanding.

I myself am an openly Autistic/ADHD (AUDHD) diagnosed man and know how difficult life can be. I also actively put in the self work for my physical, mental and spiritual health and understand how important it is to find an empathetic and open minded provider who is passionate about this field and cares greatly for their patients.
