I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression and bipolar mood disorders, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). My career has been focused primarily on both the reproductive mental health and wellbeing of adolescents and providing psychiatric treatment to individuals during preconception planning, pregnancy and postpartum periods.

I have over 20 years experience in health care, working as a nurse-midwife and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
