Ideal clients are children, teens, and adults (ages 6 and up) struggling with mental health needs, and women with work/life stress, hormonal mood changes, post-partum depression, and parental burn out. Issues may include ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or mood disorders. Treatment goals include an openness to pharmaceutical and/or alternative interventions, a willingness to look deep inside themselves for answers, and a commitment to putting in the work needed to create positive long term changes.
With a focus on bringing balance to the whole person, I provide thoughtful, personalized care blending evidenced based psychiatric medication management with functional nutrition, mindfulness strategies, and lifestyle education. This integrative framework helps clients build long-term emotional resilience, and improve overall well-being.
