I know that seeking care can be a daunting step. Finding a provider that one feels at ease and comfortable with discussing the stressors causing distress in ones everyday life isn’t easy and we are not always one provider fits all. I aim to include you throughout the process of healing, including setting goals with treatment throughout the time we are working together.
