My name is Jahaziel Marrero, I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. My professional foundation was built in both emergency medical services and mental health. I come from a background as a firefighter and paramedic, followed by advanced clinical work in crisis-response and outpatient psychiatric care. I specialize in working with adults including first responders, individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional instability, psychosis or burnout. I want to help clients gain clarity, stability, emotional control, confidence and autonomy.

I help by combining evidence-based psychopharmacology with therapeutic support, lifestyle exploration, and a whole-person approach. My clinical style focuses on identifying root causes rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, taking into account factors such as sleep, hormones, nervous system stress load, trauma history, and daily functioning.
