I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over twenty years of nursing experience. I provide holistic, patient-centered, evidenced based care. My overall goal is to help individuals struggling with their mental health to relieve the burden of symptoms and to assist them in living to their full capabilities. I believe everyone is an expert on themselves-my role is that of an empathetic and ethical collaborator.
I am eager to work with patients who want to move from “surviving” into “thriving” and are willing to do the work needed to make lasting change.
I have extensive experience treating patients for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADD, PTSD, and more. I also specialize in substance use issues. In my way of practicing, I want to get to know you as a person and involve you in the decision-making processes regarding medication management.
Through interviewing, evaluation, Genesight testing, and lab work we can uncover issues that affect your both mental and physical health.
My overall goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered on their journey to healing. I would love to walk beside you on your expedition to wellness!
