I am Dr. Jacqueline “Jackie” Raffaele, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years of experience in healthcare. I am passionate about helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan for conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and other psychiatric disorders, always working to create a safe and stigma-free environment.
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University and am nationally certified as a PMHNP through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent decades as a registered nurse in critical care and emergency medicine, where I developed a strong commitment to mental health support.
With a gentle and collaborative approach, I partner with my patients to develop personalized care plans that promote healing, growth, and long-term well-being. I believe mental health care should always feel safe, respectful, and empowering, and I strive to create a welcoming space where patients feel truly supported.
