I’m Jacqueline, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and APRN, offering thoughtful, collaborative psychiatric care. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and mood disorders. Some of my patients appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed or depleted internally. Others are newly exploring a diagnosis and unsure what treatment should look like. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive, developmentally informed care. My approach is warm, respectful, and grounded in shared decision-making. I believe treatment works best when it’s individualized and rooted in trust, and may include therapy, lifestyle changes, and medication when appropriate.
