Jacqueline Dubois a Family Nurse Practitioner. While working as a Registered Nurse she continued my education in the Master of Science Nursing program at Simmons University where she had the opportunity to complete a clinical rotation with the Medical Director of Addiction Medicine at South Shore Health. Through this experience she found my passion for the mental health and addiction medicine field. She worked as a Registered Nurse at the Grayken Center for Treatment Bridge Program and the Office Based Addiction Treatment program through South Shore Health providing medication administration for substance use disorders.
She is dedicated to providing comprehensive care with a special focus on mental health. She is available for Initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Substance Use and Addiction disorders as well as Medication Management.
Jacqueline is available to see clients ages 18 and over. She is available for in person visits as well as virtual visits.
