Hello. I specialize in providing high-end therapy (+/- medications) to motivated teenagers and adults who want to make change happen relatively fast. I enjoy working with clients who are open to making behavioral changes and struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, phobias, OCD, relationship challenges, addiction, procrastination.
I am an adolescent and adult psychiatrist and therapist, and also teach on the Adjunct Faculty at Stanford. I wrote "The Anti-Depressant Book: A Practical Guide for Teens and Young Adults to Overcome Depression and Stay Healthy." I offer high quality, holistic treatment for motivated people who want to make significant changes quickly.
I enjoy building warm, collaborative relationships with my clients and their parents (for teens and young adults). Most of my clients live in the SF Bay Area but some clients have flown in from other states and countries to do Intensive therapy for several hours per day to achieve fast results in 4-10 days.
