I believe that healthcare should be a space where patients feel empowered, valued, and heard. I approach each patient as an equal partner in their care, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and mutual respect. I view myself as a facilitator, here to help guide patients, offer insight, and provide tools for them to better understand and manage their mental health on their path to healing and growth. In addition to traditional approaches, I am a strong proponent of alternative and holistic treatments, including TMS, Spravato, ketamine treatments + KAP, mindfulness practices, and integrative methods.
I believe that mental health care should encompass approaches that address the mind, body, and spirit (and it not necessarily be deemed as ‘alternative’). I understand the relationship between complex trauma (cPTSD) and ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
I encourage patients to embrace their autonomy, explore their unique challenges, and find meaning in their experiences. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space for all patients to express themselves and flourish.
