Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner offering medication management services and psychiatric evaluations for ages 6 and up. I am currently accepting self-pay, Cigna, Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, Tricare, and BCBS. All appointments start online, with in-person visits available to meet DEA requirements for controlled substances. I treat depression, anxiety, eating disorders, bipolar I and II, schizophrenia, ADHD, insomnia, OCD, panic disorder, nightmares, and other mood disorders. Appointments are available early in the morning (starting at 7:00 AM) and on Saturdays to accommodate your schedule.
I offer prescription medications to manage mental health issues. I am heavy on the medication education and the excepted mental health effects. Patients have the option of 20 minute follow ups or 45 minute follow ups to meet your needs if you need to talk. All new patient appointments are an hour. I really enjoy helping others ease their suffering.
The reason I work in this profession is that I, too, suffer from mental health issues and can relate to my patients. While I am not a big fan of pharmaceutical companies, I recognize the value of medications in mental health treatment. No pill will solve all your problems, but when prescribed strategically, it can certainly ease your suffering. Reach out.
