I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 19 years of experience in mental health, including the past 10 as a provider. I’ve had the privilege of working across many settings, from inpatient and outpatient care to community mental health, home-based psychiatry, ER psychiatric triage, and medical consultation. I am currently pursuing certification in perinatal and postpartum mental health and have a deep passion for supporting people through hormonal changes across the lifespan.
I work with adults 18 and older to navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD (including vast experience treating military related PTSD), anxiety disorders, women's mental health, substance use disorders, and insomnia.
