During your first evaluation, which lasts about an hour, we review your biggest concerns, review your history of mental health and physical health treatments, and your history. This is part of a robust assessment of your mental health history. This allows us to build a solid foundation for your diagnosis and treatment plan.
My greatest strength is the integration of deep clinical expertise with a truly holistic perspective. Holding dual certifications as a PMHNP-BC and FNP-BC allows me to bridge the gap between physical health and mental wellness, ensuring every treatment plan considers the "whole person" rather than just a diagnosis.
