I am currently accepting new patients for telehealth appointments only. I am a board-certified psychiatrist who works with adults. I have expertise in working with a variety of mental health conditions: depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic disorder, ADHD, OCD, schizophrenia and others. Although I work primarily to evaluate and treat with medication as needed, I have deep respect for the benefits of psychotherapy. I trained mostly at St. Louis University and had expert teaching in providing high quality medication management and psychotherapy.
I see my work with patients as a partnership. We are working together to find the best solution for a problem. I welcome feedback about any concerns about my recommendations or the effects of medications. I try to obtain as much information as possible to provide optimal care. My goal is to help my patients achieve maximum benefit from my treatment.
I am still accepting new clients and am offering video sessions. I have had much experience over the years working in a variety of settings. If treatment is not going as anticipated, I talk with my patients about alternatives, remain open to hear any suggestions and answer any questions. This is all in the interest of achieving maximum benefit.
