Clients reach out when they sense something needs to change, even if they’re not yet sure what that change looks like. I offer psychiatric evaluation and medication management through a collaborative approach. I welcome patients ages 6+ and provide trauma-informed care for anxiety, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, and addiction, including substance and screen use. I offer microdosing for med-sensitive individuals and help with gradual medication discontinuation.
Starting this process can feel uncertain, especially if past mental health care felt impersonal or overwhelming. I approach each client with patience, compassion, and curiosity.
