When I am meeting a client for the first time, I understand that it can be nerve-wracking and I will try to put you at ease. I fully believe in “meeting people where they are.” The path to healing is always a team effort and I will ensure that the client always is in the driver’s seat of the plan. I am ready to join your team and get to work. My goal is to tailor every care plan to the patient and their life. I will begin by asking you about your goals and how you would like to measure our progress toward those goals. We will build a comprehensive plan around therapy, medications, exercise, and nutrition.
I am a proponent of integrative therapies such as nutritional supplements, exercise planning and meditation. I will work with you and any other providers you have to develop a comprehensive plan to optimize your physical and mental health.
