Our approach to medication management is client focused and collaborative with the main goal of providing compassionate and up to date psychiatric care for clients of all backgrounds, treating adult, children and adolescents. When developing a treatment plan we make sure all potential medical factors are treated or ruled out, as we continue to work on psychological wellness. Our goal is to educate about various evidence-based options for patient treatment so that individuals can make an informed decision that is the most helpful to their needs.
We use medications and psychotherapy and our interests are: ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, impulse disorders, grief and others. We provide scheduled substances (like stimulants for ADHD), in the context of abstinence from recreational substances.
Dr. Balic is Board Certified in Adult, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and has experience with different levels of care at Nationwide Childrens, OSU, and inpatient unit setting treating mood, anxiety and addiction disorders. **I am accepting new patients at this time**
