I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or struggling with focus, mood changes, or life transitions. Many are high-functioning professionals, parents, or caregivers who appear to manage everything outwardly but feel mentally exhausted internally. They often seek support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, or hormonally influenced mood changes. Through thoughtful evaluation, collaborative care, and personalized treatment—including medication when appropriate—I help patients regain balance, clarity, and a stronger sense of wellbeing.

I provide compassionate, personalized psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and mood changes. I also incorporate wellness-focused care, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) when appropriate. I help patients better understand their symptoms and develop a treatment plan that supports lasting balance and wellbeing.
