I offer services for the entire family to help to repair interpersonal relationship, provide life coaching and guidance though both medication management and therapy approach combined on-demand and tailored specifically for individual patient needs. I offer services for young children who don't qualify for medication management through play therapy starting from 4 years of age. I like to raise awareness for mental health issues and break the stigma because it’s “ok not to be ok”. Psychological problems can affect anyone and when one family member has a mental health problem like “anxiety” or a “mood disorder”, it affects everyone.
I find myself enjoying brief psychotherapy consultation sessions combining psychopharmacologic treatment approach with life skills and integrated health counseling helping people in need who struggle from most common mental health psychological conditions.
I strive to provide high quality of care and to help patients to the best of my knowledge and ability. I believe that in the world where you can be anything, being kind is the most valuable asset. I believe in change for the best one step at a time. My goal is to support a healthy family structure to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling live.

Women, Youth and Grief Support Groups offered
Have you been in a situation when you are not being acknowledged, heard or listened to. Have you asked yourself - where do I find strength to go on? We organize small women's support groups to help women of all ages to be emotionally "reborn" and to revive back to life. During support group therapy we work on revealing all our inner tension, experiences and strengths. We would like to share the unique energy to help participants to improve self-esteem and start believing in themselves.
