I believe mental health is just as important as physical health. If we don't take care of our whole body we are not able to care for others or live our best life.
Our clinic specializes in anxiety, depression and trauma We offer medication management as well as psychotherapy through several therapists at both our Cambridge and White Bear Lake, MN offices. We offer Telehealth and in-person appointments. All intake appointments are 60 minutes and 30 minute follow-ups. My in person day is Tuesdays in White Bear Lake, MN.
We have three providers. I see adult clients, and there is a provider who sees pediatric and adolescent clients, and one who sees all ages. We all go through tough times and we offer services that are tailored to your needs. Check out our website for more information!
