Hello, I'm an adult Psychiatrist with a passion for wellness and integrative care. It would be my pleasure to work with you to address your behavioral health needs. My goal is to improve your mental and emotional health, help you feel better, happier and function at your best. I utilize a holistic person-centered approach to provide quality compassionate, culturally sensitive and evidence-based psychiatric care. I take time to listen, ensure that you feel heard not rushed, and develop an appropriate treatment plan in collaboration with you. I take pride in helping my patients achieve better quality of life and a sense of well-being.
I have special interest in mood and anxiety disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and women's mental health, but I treat a variety of mental and substance use disorders. I see individuals ages 18-64 in the Washington DC metro area; I also provide Telepsychiatry online visits serving patients in DC, Virginia, Florida, California, Hawaii.
