Dr. Ahmed is affiliated with Hackensack Meridian and work as Medical Director Psychosomatic Medicine and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have 22 years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field ranging from child and adult inpatient and outpatients care. I received my Master Of Science in Psychiatric Nursing and Nurse practitioner Degree from Stony Brook University New York and worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital. I also worked as a Nurse Educator and current Faculty of American Heart Association and American Stroke Association. Now I am working in outpatient Psychiatry providing intensive outpatient services.
