"I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist and have been in practice for over thirty years. My preferred method of therapy is one that is collaborative in nature. Our overall goal would include helping you to help yourself by developing a deeper understanding of your behaviors, actions and feelings. My unique collaborative method is most successful with patients who want to get well and live happy and productive lives. The key to comprehending and solving your problems is to be found in your uniqueness. We are all special and our individuality must be respected.
My office is a safe and warm environment which can only contribute to these goals. I am skilled at integrating medication when it is indicated and helpful in attenuating symptoms, which not only may interfere with daily functioning, but also allow greater strides in reaching your goals.
