I will prepare a customized treatment plan which may include pharmacological and non-pharmacological modalities for the treatment of several mental health issues. I utilize the most current and comprehensive regimens. I also provide evaluation/letters for emotional support animals. I am a NYS certified Medical cannabis prescriber in New York State for several health conditions.
My approach is warm and empathetic. I am able to prescribe medications after your evaluation. I have an extensive and diverse clinical experience with a focus on wellness, prevention as well as medication therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, eating disorders. Eval for emotional support animals. SATURDAY OFFICE HOURS and evening hours available.
