Hi, I'm Jeanna (pronounced "Gina"). I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I can help patients, ages 8+ with diagnosing and treating a variety of mental illness, including substance abuse.

I am a psychiatrist that emphasizes the patient and doctor relationship. That means doing whatever is necessary to helping you become symptom free or achieve the goals that you have. I believe in utilizing cutting edge mental health treatments to help you. I implement the importance of therapy, and the strategic/targeted use of medications when absolutely necessary. I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I started my healthcare career working in a mental health hospital while obtaining my undergraduate degree. I completed my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at Case Western Reserve University. I went on to complete my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
