I approach the clients by understanding each client as a whole person, deep respect for individuals as unique human beings by using a creative process and open-ended communication. I am mindful in prescribing medications. My ultimate treatment goals not only target the treatment of mental health problems, but I will take effort to facilitate clients’ personal growth and improve their vitality.

I am an ivy league-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist seeing patients for combined psychotherapy and medication management services via telehealth. My practice is small and patient-focused with a tailored approach to meet every patient's unique needs. My approach to treatment is to provide a safe, comforting environment where patients feel able to express themselves emotionally without fear of judgment. I hold a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I am an APRN specializing in psychiatric/mental health. I have over ten years of experience working in behavioral health nursing with diverse populations. I obtained my Master’s in Nursing- FNP and Post-Graduate Certification in PMHNP from Chamberlain University and Frontier Nursing University, respectively. Mental health, addiction, and empowering patients through effective patient-provider engagement have always been my passion. My doctoral project was on effective depresion management in older adults using shared decision-making and antidepressant compliance.
