Dr. Thompson specializes in General Adult Psychiatry and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She has over 5 years’ experience in treating Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Obsessions and Compulsions, Posttraumatic Stress, and Psychosis.
Dr. Thompson's empathetic character and incorporation of a healthy balance of humor (a positive defense) allows her patients to feel at ease and open to express what they are experiencing. Outside of being a Psychiatrist, Dr. Thompson is also a wife and mother who enjoys biking, hiking, and camping with her family, and in her spare time, upcycling furniture.
