About

Through Inside Out CURE, my focus is to help individuals become more Compassionate, Understanding, and aware of their strengths and vulnerabilities, while developing Resilience & Empathy. I am a Harvard trained infant, child, & adult psychiatrist. Because of my unique background in infancy, parenting, perinatal health, ADHD, child and adult psychiatry, I offer services to all age groups by applying principals of psychotherapy, pharmacology, and neuroscience. I also do school consultation and provide comprehensive evaluations for excessive social media use, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and stress or burnout.
I received various regional, national, and international awards for academic excellence, clinical skills, teaching, and leadership from various prestigious organisations. I was featured in Rutgers Pulse Magazine with the title "The Angel's Advocate: Teaching parents to give up the ghost in the nursery." I presented many workshops at various conferences.
I want to bring joy, hope, optimism, and happiness to the lives of my patients and their families by utilising my diverse clinical experience and non-judgemental and empathic approach. I completed adult psychiatry training at Mount Sinai-Bronx, Child psychiatry fellowship at Harvard-Boston Children's Hospital, and Infant-parent fellowship at U-Mass Boston.
