InnerMost is a Ketamine, Spravato, and Psychotherapy treatment center in Gramercy, Manhattan. InnerMost is led and co-founded by Dr. Casey Paleos, a psychiatrist, psychedelic therapist, and researcher with years of experience in the field. His life mission is to contribute to shifting the paradigm in mental health towards a more compassionate model of care that addresses the root causes of one's suffering. He has been doing that both through his work with his ketamine-assisted psychotherapy patients as well as through his involvement in research studies for psilocybin and clinical trials for MDMA-assisted psychotherapy.
We offer both ketamine and Spravato treatments, as well as psychotherapy services. Contrary to most of the offerings in NYC, we see interventional treatments such as Ketamine and Spravato not as a quick fix, but as a real tool to enable and enhance the sustained changes that psychotherapy fosters.
