As a board-certified psych NP, I'm licensed by the NY state to evaluate and treat psychiatric symptoms such as those associated with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. In combination with psychotherapy, I can also prescribe medications when indicated as they can be very helpful in alleviating your daily symptoms.
I have extensive training and broad experience in psychopharmacology from NYU and several NYC hospitals to treat psychological issues. My approach is an integrative one, wherein I assess one's psychological, emotional, medical and environmental contributors to mental health issues, and address them in treatment using both psychotherapy and medication management.
