I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist whose practice integrates conventional psychiatric treatment and psychotherapy with complementary and alternative medicine. I work with adults - anyone struggling with their emotional experience, going through a life transition, or seeking a better understanding of themselves and/or their relationships. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD/trauma, and grief. I also specialize in working with cancer patients or those with chronic illness.
I take a holistic and empathic approach in my practice, helping each person - mind, body & spirit - to heal and thrive in a richer, more comfortable, and more meaningful life. My treatment approach includes psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, mind-body medicine, herbal/nutraceutical supplementation in addition to traditional psychiatric medication.
