I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Board-certified). I specialize in supporting individuals with Depression, General Anxiety disorder, Bipolar 1/11, Schizophrenia, Prolonged Grief Disorder, and any other mental health issues. I offer medication management. My services include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (helping individuals examine their thoughts and process them through positive thinking and coping skills). Emotionally Focused Therapy, Patient-focused treatment, and all care is individualized.
My first session will be getting to know you. What makes you sort help?. To help me know more about your case and to treat you individually, I will inquire about your health history. All questions will be voluntary. You can expect a respectful and compassionate approach that will help form a therapeutic environment.
I am a calm, respectful, and soft-spoken clinician. I do not push or force treatment on my client. I respect every healthy choice my client makes. I enforce my recommendations with education and Evidence-Base treatment.
