Accepting in-person and virtual clients: In-network with most commercial insurances. I provide medication management combined with supportive psychotherapy for adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar I and II disorder, sleep disorders, substance use disorders and women’s mental health including PMDD and postpartum depression. I know that seeing a psychiatrist can feel intimidating or awkward, my goal is to make it as comfortable and conversational as possible.
I completed my undergrad education at The University of Texas at Austin, attended Texas A&M College of Medicine, and completed my adult psychiatry residency with Kaiser Permanente in California. After residency, I worked at Amen Clinics, where I gained additional experience in integrative and holistic psychiatry before starting my private practice.
