Relationship problems, struggles at work, and life events can challenge our ability to cope and ultimately to thrive in life. Patterns may emerge in your life that are confusing, that make you feel stuck, uncertain, and conflicted. Life transitions can tax our internal resources, and we may find ourselves lacking in fulfillment and happiness. Above all, I strive to support my clients to increase their life satisfaction, reduce their suffering, and strengthen their relationships and capacity for joy.

I am available to patients who are willing to put their efforts towards recovery. The journey of mental health is collaborative and partnership with your doctor. It truly is, because it requires both the clinician and the patient to work towards this goal. For instance for depression the first requirement is abstain from risk factors like alcohol, loneliness, sedentary lifestyle, poor diets and treating certain general medical conditions.
I strongly emphasize on minimizing use of sedatives like Alprazolam, Clonazepam or sleep aids like Zolpidem etc.
I can help you come off of these meds if you are willing to put your 100% .
