My name is Ijeoma Obijuru, and I am a PMHNP. I have discovered that my approach often meshes well with issues such as Patients suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizoaffective, schizophrenia, PTSD, OCD. I am an active listener and see myself as a team player with my clients. I make patients feel like an essential part of their treatment because they truly are. I dedicate time to teaching them so they can make informed decisions about their care.
I work with patients to help them choose the right medication that works for their needs. My approach is to use the least amount of medication possible to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment. I encourage patients to adhere to their medication, without judgment for any missed doses.
