I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience caring for adults and teens, including Veterans and active-duty service members. My training includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma‐informed care, mindfulness‐based interventions, and Medication‐Assisted Treatment (MAT). I am a Certified QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) suicide prevention trainer and a certified life coach. I treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, women's issues (Menopause), and related concerns with practical, evidence‐based interventions. I offer virtual sessions to keep care accessible and consistent.
